Our missionAbout QuietTone
QuietTone is an independent information and review resource dedicated to everyday calm and hearing wellness, and the home of the QuietTone capsule dietary supplement.
Our aim is simple: explain nutrition and supplement ingredients in plain language, transcribe product facts directly from the label, and help readers make informed choices. Content is compiled and reviewed for accuracy by the QuietTone Research Team — a group focused on calm, sleep and hearing-wellness research. We are not a medical provider, and our content is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
How we work
Ingredient information on this site is taken directly from the product’s Supplement Facts panel. Where we describe an ingredient, we describe its traditional or general use rather than making medical claims, and we link to independent, authoritative references such as the NIH Office of Dietary Supplements, NCCIH and Examine.com. We update pages as formulas or information change.
Every citation on this site is checked before it is published. When we cite a study we look up its PubMed record through the National Center for Biotechnology Information and confirm that the returned title, authors, journal and year match the claim we attached to it; if a source cannot be verified that way, we either replace it with one that can be or remove the sentence it was supporting. Where a page carries a PubMed identifier, that identifier has been resolved against the live NCBI record rather than copied from another article.
How we read a Supplement Facts panel
We transcribe the panel exactly as printed, including the serving size, the servings per container, every disclosed amount and every ingredient inside a proprietary blend. Where the label and older marketing copy disagree, we follow the label and say so on the page. Where a blend total is disclosed but the individual amounts are not, we say that plainly rather than implying a clinical dose, because a shared blend total cannot be compared to the doses used in published trials.
What we do not do
We do not invent doses, authors, credentials, awards or press mentions. We do not publish star ratings or aggregate review scores for products we have not measured. We do not claim that any supplement diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents a disease, and we do not describe a product in a format it is not sold in. When we do not know something — who formulated a product, whether a trial exists — we write that we do not know.
What QuietTone is — and isn’t
QuietTone is a dietary supplement intended to support a sense of calm and everyday hearing wellness already within a normal range, as part of a balanced lifestyle. It is not a drug, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, are under 18, or take medication, please consult your physician before use.
